Refund and Returns Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in ourĀ Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

For physical items, orders that you submit may be eligible for cancellation within the first 24 hours of ordering. Please send me an email at admin@shop.roundthecauldron.com to start this process. Custom orders cannot be canceled once I have started working on them. This usually happens within 24-48 hours depending on the item and materials available.

Downloadable and virtual orders cannot be canceled.

Returns

Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, or downloadable and virtual items]. These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email me at admin@shop.roundthecauldron.com. Please include the email address you ordered from, the item ordered, and an order number if you have it. If your order is eligible for a return, I will provide you with further instruction via email.

Refunds and Exchanges

After I have received your return, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. A return will be rejected if the object has been visibly worn or damaged in a way that is unusual for that product.


If your return is accepted, I will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
