How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at $2. Any purchase over $35 qualifies for free US shipping. I currently do not offer international shipping due to COVID-19 and a lack of affordable shipping options. This may become available in the future.
When will my item ship?
Ready-made items usually ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.
Custom order shipping time will vary depending on the product being made, customer communication, and supply availability. The processing time is usually no longer than 1-2 weeks. Any delays will be immediately relayed to the customer via email.
If your order is for a virtual item (i.e. tarot readings), your order will arrive at the provided e-mail address within 7-10 business days in a PDF format.
Digital products are available for download as soon as your order is completed.
How does my item ship?
Physical items are sent via USPS First-Class Postage.
Is tracking included?
Yes, tracking is included with all packages. If you ordered a tarot and requested that via mail, that does not include tracking as it is sent via letter.
What if I don’t receive my item?
If you don’t receive your package after USPS has already marked it as delivered, please contact your local post office location to initiate a lost-package request. This generally solves the problem. If it has been more than 2 weeks since your order has been marked delivered, please reach out to me to discuss further options.
